Free tracked shipping
Every order ships free of charge and comes with a tracking number.
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 5–11 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during busy periods, holidays or because of customs or carrier delays.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow it any time on our Track your order page.
Customs and import duties
Some countries may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Protection
If you added Shipping Protection at checkout and your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll resend your order free of charge.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
30-day returns
If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags attached.
- Shipping Protection and the 30-Day Warranty add-on are non-refundable once your order has shipped.
How to start a return
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping
If you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we cover the return or send you a free replacement. For other returns (for example, a change of mind), return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll help you exchange it.
30-Day Warranty
If you purchased the 30-Day Warranty, we'll replace an item that is broken or damaged by accident within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and photos. The warranty covers one replacement per item and does not cover loss, theft or normal wear and tear.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. These rights are in addition to this policy and are not affected by it.
