By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Using our store
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or state of residence. You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.

2. Products and pricing
We try to display our products, colours and sizes as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee that your screen shows colours exactly. Measurements in our size chart may vary by 1–2 cm. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse any order.

3. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. If we cancel an order, for example because an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred, we'll refund any payment in full. You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information.

4. Discounts and bundles
Bundle and promotional discounts apply automatically in the cart under the conditions shown on the site. Discounts can't be combined unless stated, and we may end or change promotions at any time.

5. Shipping
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and the 30-Day Warranty are covered by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Product use and safety
Please read the product description, size chart and safety guidance before use. When carrying a baby:
- Forward-facing carrying is only for babies who can hold their head up steadily on their own.
- Keep your baby upright and well supported, with their face and nose clear and visible at all times.
- Close all zips fully before moving, and keep a hand on your baby when bending down.
- Never leave your baby unattended in the pouch, and don't wear it while cooking, exercising, driving or during any activity that could put your baby at risk.
- Check the jacket regularly and stop using it if it is damaged.
You are responsible for using the product safely and as intended.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to RESURIX LTD or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Third-party services
Our store uses third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers and shipping carriers. Their own terms and policies apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
