Refund Policy

30-day returns
We want you and your little one to love your Ruxario hoodie. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags attached.
- Shipping Protection and the 30-Day Warranty add-on are non-refundable once your order has shipped.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

How to start a return
Contact us through our contact page (/pages/contact) with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without instructions can't be processed.

Return shipping
If you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we cover the return or send you a free replacement. For other returns (for example, a change of mind or the wrong size), return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll help you exchange it.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show it.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider. If you still haven't received it, contact us and we'll help.

30-Day Warranty
If you purchased the 30-Day Warranty, we'll replace an item that is broken or damaged by accident within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and photos of the damage. The warranty covers one replacement per item and does not cover loss, theft or normal wear and tear.

Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. These rights are in addition to this policy and are not affected by it.
