Shipping Policy

Free tracked shipping
Every Ruxario order ships free of charge and comes with a tracking number.

Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 5–11 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during busy periods, holidays, or because of customs or carrier delays.

Tracking your order
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track your order page: /pages/track-your-order

Customs and import duties
Some countries may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Protection
If you added Shipping Protection at checkout and your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll resend your order free of charge.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
